The Mindful Health Foundation has contracts with most major health insurance companies for all levels of care. In some cases, especially for those suffering from an eating disorder, MHF may be able to obtain a single-case agreement (SCA) with your insurer to treat you. Our staff will always pursue any available financial resources for services.

NOT SURE IF YOU’RE COVERED?
Even if we are not in-network with your insurance company, if you have a PPO policy that offers out-of-network benefits, your policy may cover a significant portion of mental health and addiction treatment costs. We can also request a single-case agreement with insurance companies that are not in-network.
