Outpatient Program
The Mindful Health Foundation offers outpatient services including individual psychotherapy, group therapy, psychiatric services, body image therapy, art therapy, nutritional counseling by a Registered dietitian, career counseling, and family therapy. Patients are seen at least once a week in an individual session and other services are added as needed, up to six service hours per week. Unfortunately, many insurers have rigid rules on the frequency of attendance. Our office will attempt to keep you informed of any limitations of coverage, but it is always best to check with your insurance plan.
